Multi Channel Delivery
To ensure improved 'value for money' through greater re-use, we will develop the website using the most transferable and extensible development technologies. This will allow the content to be re-used on the following channels with little or NO additional re-development.
- CD-Rom - We have developed a truly cross platform viewer (TIARC Viewer™) that allows the website content (XHTML, CSS, Flash etc) to be installed and accessed directly from a CD-ROM without the need for special plug-ins or software.
- USB Pen Drive - Your Interactive University Prospectus™ can be installed onto 'branded' university USB Pen Drives, that will launch automatically when the prospective pupil, parent or alumni inserts them into their PC. The spare capacity remaining on the USB can then be used by the pupil, parent or alumni for their own use - but always having the Interactive University Prospectus™ on it - and branded. This is a great way of delivering the Interactive University Prospectus™ to your key stakeholders/benefactors or alumni.
- Kiosk/Exhibition Plasma - Deploy your Interactive University Prospectus™ on a touch screen kiosk in your university reception area, or even a feature 'digital wall' at exhibitions or fundraising presentations.
- Mobile/PDA - Surf the Interactive University Prospectus™ on your mobile or PDA. Note: Interactive content will be restricted on certain mobile platforms, but text and images can de displayed and navigated.
